This platform is operated by the Special Account for Research Funds (ELKE) of the University of the Aegean. It provides electronic payment services for registration fees, tuition, and other university-related charges for academic programs, seminars, and conferences.

User Obligations

When using this platform, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for legitimate university-related payments
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas
• Not use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential

Payment Terms

Regarding payments made through this platform:

• All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely through Alpha Bank payment gateway
• You will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment
• Official receipts are issued according to Greek tax regulations
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this platform belong to the University of the Aegean or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The University of the Aegean provides this platform 'as is' and makes no warranties regarding availability or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific transaction in question.
